DESCRIPTION: Bright ruby red color with delicate purple reflections and intense floral scents of violet, cherry and elegant balsamic notes characterize the Valpolicella Classico Superiore wine. The taste is consistent with the aromas, soft, persistent, characterized by a pleasant acidic vein and a finely spicy aftertaste reminiscent of black pepper. After various processing phases, an aging in small/medium capacity barrels and a refinement in the bottle for at least 3 months are carried out.
