Alc: 17 Vitigni: Corvina, corvinone, rondinella, oseleta DESCRIZIONE: Il bouquet è complesso e profondo: spezia, pepe, ciliegia si combinano in modo armonico rendendo identificabile all’olfatto le uve, la tecnica tradizionale e la zona di provenienza. Solo legno di rovere francese di primo passaggio è destinato all’Amarone della Torre d’Orti. L’affinamento prosegue per 12 mesi in legno piccolo per poi passare ad un assemblaggio in botte grande dove questo vino trascorre il tempo che lo separa dalla bottiglia.
